Remember this - when reading non-fiction books and material. If it sounds too good to be true, or it seems too easy, then enter with caution. Then we should question the material, therefore, many times that information is probably false.
Use common sense, and I know common sense is not very common these days. We all can generate good choices; so learn and educate yourself to make superior choices! If the information makes good sense; and you view the conclusion as realistic, honest, and with common sense integrity, then follow that thinking and philosophy.
